6.0 with 5.7 241 heads and ls6 intake?

6.0 with 5.7 241 heads and ls6 intake? will a 6.0 iron block work with the 5.7 heads and intake also the motor i am looking at comes with the truck heads should i use those or the 241? i have heard diff stories from three diff local shops what i want to do is drop the low milage 6.0 in port the 241s or the truck heads with a mild cam but was told they wont work with that bottem end if the 6.0 heads are better will the ls6 intake bolt to them this assuming the sensors will work with it all any info greatly appreciated

I have heard different stories from three different local shops. What I want to do is drop the low milage 6.0 in, port the 241s or the truck heads, and put in a mild cam.
