Question ebay sps rod bolts

ok heres the story my brother in law just got some new sps rod bolts off of ebay for a 6.0 rebuild were doing. talked to the seller and asked what the torque spec was and he said it was the same as the stock rod bolts but i cant find any other info and he certainly didnt sound very sure of himself. ANY IDEAS? all that is on the bolt is sps 12.9 on the head. o and its a hex head not a 12 point.

Default Factory Rod Bolt Tightening Procedure

Since I dont know who you bought them from. I will describe the factory procedure.

if it is a bolt with 1 dimple and no retaining sleeve it is reffer to as first design
if it is a bolt with 2 or more dimples and a retaining sleeve on the bolt shank it is reffered to as second design wich I believe is the SPS Bolt

1st design
Tighten to 20N-m (15 LB FT)on first pass.
then 60 Degrees on the final pass

2nd design (SPS Bolt)
Tighten to 20N-m (15 LB FT)on first pass.
then 75 Degrees on the final pass
