LS1 PCM Coil control

LS1 PCM Coil control
Long story short, I have a V6 that I want to add LS1 coil packs to like the V8 LS1. The Vortec engines used the LS1B style PCM like the 5.7L LS1
I am planning on using the MSD 8514 cam sync for the 4X Cam position sensor instead of the sensor built into the distributor.
I haven't pulled the timing cover off yet, but I thought the crank sensor is the 4X. If I need a different reluctor gear, let me know, and I will have one machined.
The vehicle is:
2003 Chevy S10 4.3L LU3 Automatic Vin 16ccs14x638241233
Right now, I have used the following PCMs in the truck:
Original:
Service:12581565 (Superseded 89017733)
Hardware: 12575502
OS: 12579405
Connector: Blue/Green
Custom Tune PCM:
Service: 12576106
Hardware: 12570558
OS: 12579405
Connector: Blue/Green
The 2002 S10 used the 1220411 PCM, which is used on the 5.7 LS1, so I know this PCM is capable of driving the coils. I do have a wiring harness for this PCM, so I could revert back to it if needed.
The 2003 Corvette lists the following pins, which do not correspond to Anything similar to my PCM:
C2
Purple 26 - IGNCTRL1
Red 27 - IGNCTRL7
Brown 60 - IGN CTRL REF LOW BANK 1
Lt Blue/White 28 - IGNCTRL 6
Dark Green/White 29 - IGNCTRL 4
Red/White 67 - IGNCTRL 2
Dark Green 68 - IGNCTRL 5
Lt Blue 69 - IGNCTRL 3
Brown/White 61 - IGN CTRL REF LOW BANK2
Purple/White 66 - IGNCTRL 8
GMT/03-STOS-2 manual for the 2003 S10 lists:
(Attached)
I can not find signal off of the pins for the coil. It is switching ground, right? At this point, I am not sure if the 2003 PCM is incapable of controlling individual coils, needs a different OS, which model PCM schematic should I be looking at that is more similar.
Any ideas?

The problem with this is that you would need a crank signal in order to do the firing and this will be directly related to the calibration in question. The truck calibrations change the need for different crank signals.
Its something that might be available in the near future... Check out eficonnection and their ls1 pcm on the lt1.
