2001 c5 zo6 ? 340 rwhp
2002 c5 zo6 ? 350+ rwhp
I guess it depends on what vehicle / trans the ls6 is connected to and what year. Some of the CTS-V's had ls6 motors but I really don't know about them.

I got an LS6 crate engine with an LS2 water pump so it is 2004+. I installed it into my M6 Z/28 and have done LT headers with cats, UD pulley, 160 degree thermostat, ported stock TB with a 78 mm FAST intake, Melling oil pump, 228/228 .588/.588 114 cam with upgraded valvesprings and pushrods. I am getting it dynoed today and was wondering what to expect. Thanks.

Small duration/lift cam, stock ls6 heads ?? Not sure, but if I were to hazard a guess I would say 400 would be a great outcome, but would be more expectant of 380-390 rwhp. Hell what do I know. Just guessing. I do know that my 2000 FRC with lg pro longtube headers, 78 mm FAST, and g5x3 cam (more duration/lift then your cam) only made 400 rwhp 380 rwtq. So good luck.

Well I just got back from having it tuned by Speed, Inc. It went 419rwhp/399rwtq. They were a little surprised by those numbers on stock LS6 heads. Makes me wonder what to expect with some decent heads.

419 / 399 rwhp and rwtq !!! That's awesome. Now just for clarification, was that SAE or STD ?? Either way you made more then I thought you would. I figured you'd need a cutout to get over 400. Those ls6 heads really are worth the 20 rwhp over ls1 heads. WOW. Like I told you before my 2000 frc only did 400 rwhp and 380 rwtq with the g5x3 cam and stock ls1 heads. Congratulations and please post a graph. I'd love to see that torque curve, I bet its flat as a table top. SWEET !!

Its not really a big deal, just curious. If the numbers were STD they are a bit higher then actual. If they are SAE they are quite strong and as accurate as we are going to see unless someone fudged with the Correction Factor. Anyways I'll say it again, good results from a small cam and stock ls6 heads.
