Best "shelf stock" cam for this set-up??
2980 car weight with driver
glide or turbo 350 (have both)
8" or 10" convertors (have 4 each, will send out to match)
9" ford with 3.90's
28x10.5 tire
Great working car
Ported lt1 heads (like LE2.5 for flow numbers)
Ported to match victor jr.
Stock bottom end LT1
750 holley dp carb
Moroso pan/pump
ATI dampner
Cloyes billet timing chain
1 3/4" long tubes
2.5 x-pipe
dual exhaust
I'm not looking for alot of rpm (under 6400) and I'm looking for a broad torque curve. I have a few ideas but I'd like to hear yours. Drivability is no concern.
What would you do??

Since a stock bottom end and under 6400 I would personally do a cc503. Maybe even the 230/236 but it may break the border of what rpm you want to spin. Since you have ported heads the rpm's needed will be greater than if the heads were stock so I would say the stock bottom end is your real limiting factor for not running something larger like a cc306 etc.
