PCV "elbow" and lug covers

PCV "elbow" and lug covers I've got a 2001 T/A WS6 and I want to purchase just the black elbow the connects the actual PCV valve to the Throttle Body. It looks like it's about a 45 degree angle and it's about 2" long. Dealer makes me buy the whole PCV system for $105!!!
Also, I need 2 of the black covers that screw on top of the lug nuts.
