Default In the market for lightweight fab 9 housing

Been doing some digging around and im lookin for a moly fab 9 housing.Ive been lookin at the m9 and i like the way the torgue arm mounts, takes all that bulky heavy iron brackt off.I know there are others out there but i don't wanna play that wait for a month game and then it turns into two months. Also anyone have experance with a 12 inch wheel in the f bodys? trying to see what offset wheel to run and also not have a problem clearing the lca brackets.I was thinking 4in each side but im afraid the wheels will hit on the lca brackets.Any luck with certin sponcers and anyone know some weight number of certain fab 9 housings.

Thanks Mike

Mike, I'll get back to you this morning. We have an M9 housing at the shop that has the torque arm brackets welded on it, but we had the lca brackets shipped loose. We're installing it into an '06 GTO. I'll get a weight on the housing for you. Bob

Im not sure if this fits what you are looking for but in the offroad world some use these aftermarket housings. Thet are stout.

We can set you up. It won't take months either. What are you looking at, just the housing or complete?

Also very happy with my Midwest Fab 9", the wait sucks but it has been cut down quite a bit, id at least give eric a call and see what the current wait is.
