Rear sits to low/sagging
I have a 96 z28 and the rear just seems like it sags. There is more space between the front tire and the fender than between the rear. The car has 126000 miles on it and has the stock springs and monroe shocks w/30,000 on them.
Should I get new springs as well as stock shocks? Are the rear springs tuff to change?

Its a daily driver and I have most of the bolt-ons on it. Budget is set on stock springs and maybe the konis or Bilstiens.
Are there any special tools to swap the rear springs?

The rears are pretty easy, search and you'll find a very good how-to.
Budget (what I did) - new rear springs, 1LE would be better but are tough to find, and some Bilsteins. Throw on the air lift springs and be good to go.
Best IMO (wish I had done) - new rear stock springs and Konis, leave the isolator in the rear but lower the front perch. As it settles, the rake will disappear and your car will forever have the proper stance/rake instead of the dreaded motor boat.
