Default breather for 12 bolt

I am going to install my 12 bolt this weekend. The problem is that I left the breather in my 10 bolt. The new owner is not far away but I cannot get it until monday. Is there something I can do in the meantime so I can take out the car and make sure everything is running right?

Breather? I ran a 1/2" diameter rubber hose from the axel tube to the housing.

If it is a Moser 12 bolt just use a male quick coupler for an air tool and run a length of hose off the end. That is what I did.

My moser came with the barbed breather fitting. If not I think it's 1/4" male x barb fitting. Probably $1 at a hardware store. Just run a foot or so of hose off of it then.
