STFT - Short Term Fuel Trim
LTFT - Long Term Fuel Trim

Bank 1 - Driver Side
Bank 2 - Passenger Side

Are the values positive or negative? Either way, that is waaay too much of a swing in either direction. What codes were set and did you perform any recent modifications?

I understand 1&2, but what do 3&4 go to. They are the ones out of whack!! It wont set a code just a random flashing ses. No p300 nothing , I've checked and changed plugs, wires , o2s , cleaned MAF, everything recommended so far? Please Advise!!

Sorry, I've never seen "3&4". A flashing MIL is never good. What scan tool are you using and are you sure there are no codes?

3&4 are your rear O2 sensors after the Cats.
