Is everything the same on these two cars (Body Wise) except for the front ends and bumpers? I have the chance to get a 74 but want a 73. If I can convert it It'll be awesome! Thanks!

The doors, hood, trunk, and roof are the only panels that are the same.

Off the top of my head, I know the entire front clip is different, core support probably as well. The back end is very different, since the 74 got the wide taillights, and the urethane bumper. All that area is different, including where it wraps into the 1/4 panel so you'd have to do some major surgery.

It would not really be worth it. Too much work IMO.

I agree although the fenders will probably work cause the main differences would be mounting tabs for the different front fascia's.

This is a swap done very often, if you want to swap noses, it's pretty straight forward.
The back end will still give away the car though.

A local guy in NC took a '74 and switched out the nose for the nose of a '71. He left the '74 rear. It's a sweet look.
