Default 1994 trans am manufactured in Canada

Hi everyone, I recently bought a 94 TA that needs a little work. Ive been searching to find info about this year and I cant find a few things so Ive got a couple of Questions. For the 94 production year were all the trans am gt's considered ws6 suspensions? Also my car has a BCM(body control module) which according to Haynes only started in 95, is this info incorrect or does it have to do with it being made in Canada? thanks alot for any info.

If I am not mistaken the GT package just gave you the raised wing and leather interior. In 95 it was dropped and all TAs got the wing.

No WS6 suspension, it isn't like the suspension package on the third gen cars F-cars. For LT1s, WS6 was a suspension package and performance package on the 96-97, often refered to as a ram air car. All the GT package was is an options package, suspension wise they're the same cars be it a GT or non GT optioned car.

I believe all F platform cars were final assembly in Canada. I forget the plant name.

You need to check the RPO codes if you really want to double check installed options; everything else is just marketing.

actually, not all 95s got the wing.. it was a $395 option IIRC. the option code was T43. i don't know what year it became standard. i would guess 1998
