Default New pushrods or no?

I will be ordering PRC 5.3 heads shortly to matchup with my TR224 cam. I had hardened PR installed with the cam about 15k miles ago, should I replace them with new PR during the head swap or will the 15k PR be OK? TIA

They should be perfectly fine. Are they 7.425 or stock length? You may need to change sizes if your going to mill the heads and run smaller gaskets.

TSP is going to mill the heads to 59cc, will that be OK? Also, I am running a TR224 114 cam, will Comp 918 single springs be OK? I drive the car only occasionally, and RARELY race it. She hardly ever sees the upper RPMs, should I be fine with the single springs?
