GM to cut production by 250,000 General Motors Corp. said it will cut 250,000 vehicles from its first-quarter production schedule by temporarily closing 20 factories across North America.

UAW is making themselves look bad by not even considering taking a small cut in pay. but they will all bitch when they have no pay, if its going to SAVE your job, i'd think you would take a small cut, hell they can even negotiate to be reinstated at the current wage once everything passes, which it will eventually.
