I got my L92's recently from SDPC and they have some weird markings on them. You can see them in the intake runners and then theres a line marked on the inside of the head where the rocker arms would go. I just want to make sure they arent some kind of quality issue where the markings are. I got some pictures here to see if you can see them. It looks to be white paint marker.

Maybe it's just some kind of mark that they have, probably something that was put on there telling someone that it was inspected.

So you don't think I should be worried? There doesnt seem to be any damage to the surface where the markings are.

Probably a quality control thing... if you look at most new cars you'll see different color painted dots all over the engine. That's from the QC process as they check something they generally mark it.

I just hope they arent like reject castings or anything like that.

most of the set I order come in like that. U have nothing to worry about. All of the sets I have sold havent had any issues.
