Acrylic Mirror vs Stainless Steel?

Looking at getting some exterior things done and was wondering what the differences are between these two? Do they have the same color and shine? Which one is more durable?

I have had both on my car.. The Acrylic mirror started to peel behind the pastic and look like ****! The only and best way to go is stainless.. They will stand up alot longer..

I had mirrored at first --they lasted quite a while---then I went to all stainless--but it was $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

yeah i hear stainless is aloooot better

correct me if im wrong but ...

stainless is reflective from all angles, while acrylic is only reflective head on
