Default Need help! Got a Q! In mid-installation of a new HU

Alright so im installing a cda9884, came with the wiring harness that i connected the wires to already.

Just took out the stock and there is 1 plug for the wiring harness that goes into the HU, but another plug that went into the stock HU but the new one doesnt have anything to put it into. I guess I am missing a harness.

I think its for the Monsoon amp but am not sure! Any help!? my stuff is all disconnected now and am hoping to get it done within the hour

I bought it from crutchfield so I was pretty sure everything is included. I think it is the amplifier connection that was going into the stock HU, and the alpine doesnt have an insert for it. I do have steering wheel controls yea

Im pretty sure its the steering wheel controls. They wont work anymore unless you get the adapter. I didn't hook it up and the monsoon amp still works so is not that.

All Monsoon equipped f-bodies came with the CD changer harness installed even if they didn't have the optional changer.

The steering wheel controls are a single-wire system and that wire (dark blue) is in the main harness.

Diagrams and pinout listings for all head unit connectors (as well as lots of other useful information) are in the Monsoon FAQ sticky at the top of the forum.
