no you will need adapters, 4th gen rears are about 2" or so wider on each end so you need to find an adapter for the rear and the front. Search thirdgen.org those guys do it alot.

Someboy just asked this question last week....Anyway, the offsets, therefore the backspacings, are quite different between the 3rd and 4th gen wheels.
