Default G Force Sport or KDW?? 275-40-17

Which ones do you guys like or prefer? Im looking at anything below the $200 range. I've heard good things about the G Force Sports, i currently have the Kuhmo Ecsta MX's - they did work good but seemed to wear quickly. I've always like the KDW's but i heard they wear fast as well.

Any experiences with either?

I had 275 KDW on the front of my Fikses. I liked them. Put 5-6k on them in 9 months and barely looked as if they were wearing at all. They were great in the rain. Plus, I liked the tread pattern.

I have no comments on the other tires sorry.

I had the Gforce sports as my last set, 245/40/17 275/35/18. And they handled really well in both wet/dry weather and could handle a turn @ high speeds with ease. The only thing that bothered me was that they were a tad too hard and you felt the road alot since the sidewalls are stiff but thats what your going to get if you want a tire with good steering response.

Overall they were a good tire and I would recommed them. I switched to the Kumho Ecsta ASX since I went back to the stock Rims and they are a really good tire for the price. I started raining a few weeks ago and the tire handles very well for the price.

Hmm, how was the life on them Iceman? I had the Kumho Ecsta Mx's and they were pretty good as far as looks, handling, they were just a little short on overall life. I definitely dont want all seasons. The only thing i dont like about the Sports is the tread pattern, KDW's are a little more aggressive looking but im just not sure if that outweighs the overall factor of the Sports. I need a pair soon so im getting antsy im not sure yet which ones to get

You can't go wrong with anything BFG. That is all I use. I've used the Sports and Super Sports both of which I will use again.

I got about 25,000 miles out of my Sports but I had alignment wear on the front and my backs went fast because of the burnouts haha.

Another good BFG tire was the KDWS NT, it has a pretty crazy tread design like its on fire. Its a really good handling tire but allows more road noise. But with your V8 purring you probably will never notice the noise.
