Angry Cleaning concrete off polished wheel?

My 03 Ram has the polished 20" wheels and while at work some jackass splattered concrete on my wheel somehow. Im guessing they dropped some right next to the truck and thats how it got there. Anyway, most of it flaked off the wheel easily but it left some nasty stains that l wasnt able to wipe off. The wheels have the factory clear coat still on them and it didnt seem to hurt it too bad. Any ideas how to remove it without hurting the finish?

a small jackhammer will work seriously though that sucks man best bet is to try and get the big stuff off as best you can and go from there but more than likely you will end up messing the wheel up slightly at best and you'll have to polish or polish and clearcoat them over again. I'd sand them down, polish them, and have them cleared again...or just take it to a shop that has experience with that kinda stuff
