EDIT: FWIW, these heads are not for sale here. Do not PM me asking to sell them, or you will be told the same exact thing. I was going to sell them locally to another GTO owner as a favor and cut him a deal.

What is a fair price for stock 243's that need three valves replaced?

As a packrat, I hate to get rid of them, but I might force myself to let them go. Realistically, my L92's are not coming off anytime soon, and if I ever blow it, I'll be going with more cubes.

Well, first of all, when you say 3 valves, what exactly do you mean? That 3 valves are MISSING, or that 3 valves are damaged, and took out the guides, beat up the combusion chambers and dropped the seats? That is what I would ask first

The valve stems are damaged at the tip, so the seals, guides, and everything else are in good condition - 70k miles on the heads.

I'd buy 3 new valves for them, and post them up starting at about $450-500 and let them bring you down from there. I'd expect you get $400+ for them though.

I got $550 for mine 2 mos ago. They were off my '02 Z06 and had the special casting marks, so I upped the price, but they did not require any valve replacement. HTH.
