Default Fuel line size, turbo build

Engine: 5.3 stock, MPT70 turbo, running ~7psi (maybe up too 10psi)

So I am going to re-do the fuel system in my car since I allready know of a few kinks in the supply line and the pump is too small.

Currently I have 3/8" aluminium hardlines for the supply and return all the way to the fuel rails. The pump is a cheap msd 43gph unit running factory fuel pressure (about 45psi).

So, what size feed and return line should I be running? I figure I could make ~500hp with this, and if the eninge frags I would want a fuel system ready for a new forged motor. Also any suggestions on a fuel pump?

thanks, Matt
