Default Cold start problems

What is the best way in LS1 Edit to help solve cold start problems after the install of a cam (226 226 .591 .591 112 LSA)?

Do you go to the Idle Air and scale it 20% higher to give it more air on start up?

I got mine to start perfect by ussing the Idle timing tables ,scaled crank VE to 75% and main VE 1200rpm and under by 60% for 400rpm,65% for 800 rpm and 70% 1200rpm.
