Default 3.8 to ls1 swap on a 99 firebird i have a few problems!!!

first of all let me apologize for the name... i am a ford guy trying to build a trans am for a friend. well i have everything absolutely in the car. the motor swap went smooth. i have replaced the fuel pump, radiator, transmission, and the entire wiring harness and the computer. The problem i am having is that the car will not start. when i turn the key over the fuel pump primes then as soon as i crank the car the pump shuts off. i have used a voltage meter to test at the fuel pump to see if it has voltage when i try to crank it. none at all. it goes from 11.25-11.55v while it is priming then when the motor turns over it stops receiving voltage. is there anything you guys would suggest trying to figure out this problem.

my car did this alot and i turned the key forward. I turned off the ac. radio and rolled down the windows all the way. I turned it of and turned it back on to the on positions and let it sit for 30-40 min. Then turned her off and back on an it worked.
