OBD11 Test How to pass ?
Need to get inspection renewed in Texas, DFW area
I have HP Tuner software. Is there ways to set or adjust tuning to pass?
I have no cats and mods are in my sig. Vehicle's first inspection since new.
My current codes are as follows
PCM] P0103 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit High Frequency (SES) (Pending) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[TCM] B0790 - (History) (Immature)
[Unknown] B2961 - (History) (Immature)
[HVAC] B1375 - (History) (Immature)
Continuous Tests
Misfire: Complete
Fuel System: Complete
Comprehensive Component: Complete
Once Per Trip Tests
Catalyst: Complete
Heated Catalyst: n/a
Evaporative System: Incomplete
Secondary Air System: n/a
A/C System Refrigerant: n/a
Oxygen Sensor: Incomplete
Oxygen Sensor Heater: Incomplete
EGR System: n/a

Are you in SD? That would explain your MAF code.
Set the related codes to the evap, O2, and O2 heater to not reported and the readiness tests should read complete. Do not set "not reported" for the MAF code, just turn the MIL off.

Yes I do run OLSD.
When I set to "No Error Reported" the motor will run, but very rough. BUT I do NOT get the 103 code. In fact this is what I did. Had to up my idle speed, alter the VE table in lower KPA range and add to Idle Airflow-base running airflow table to provide for smoother running .
After all this I guess I could have just pluged the MAF connection back in and re enabled all MAF table settings.
