Engine still runs kinda crappy, no codes though.

Engine still runs kinda crappy, no codes though. Got everything hooked up and I am not throwing anymore codes. I still have a off idle stumble in gear and in neutral. Seems to run rich also. Its got good power once it get past the stumble. Also it will die after giving it gas (while in gear) once it gets up to normal temp.
Any ideas.
