so my car sat for about 8 months while i had knee surgery i just recently put a new battery in started right up but it had misfired alot when i took it around the block and it threw a code po 353 it say it a ignition coil c i was told to put new plugs in it and i did it does not backfire now but it still has the code po 353 and will know go away any ideals??

Have the code cleared and see if it comes back. If it comes back, you probably will have to replace that ignition coil (cylinder #3).
