Smile motor mounts

i think i need new motor mounts my motor shakes pretty bad i have a torquer v.2 the lsa is 112 the car is a camaro z28 i need help to pick the best mounts for my car in one other thing how hard is the job.

POlyurathane by energy suspension. If you have a lift not to bad but if your on jack stands its not gunna be fun Good luck.

prothane from summit for about 55 shipped. its not bad to do if you know your way around the car and have some tools.

as everybody above said it isn't too bad. my advice is make sure you have a 13mm rachet wrench and some patience. also don't forget about the small electrical connection on the top of the alt. it will break very easily. i did my solids on jackstands and it took about 5 hours with a bunch of cursing breaks. take your time

even with a lift it sucks. be sure to have a big pry bar and take lots of breaks.

+1 to that. I had to compress the passenger side mount about a 1/2" to 1/4" while I already had the driver's side installed. I will tell you this that motor isn't coming off until it is motor swap time or Kmember time lol. But on a positive note, the driver's side was a breeze. Just which ever one you install second will have you cussing like a mad man

I changed mine while I had the heads and exhaust off, no big deal. It's got be a real bitch to do with headers/exhaust in the way.
