Default 9'' fitment from 00 car to 95 - any problems?

I am selling my ford 9'' from under my 00 Firehawk, and someone asked if it would work under a 95 Formula. Now, moser only has one housing for 4th gen fbodies, so I'm guessing yes, but is the axle length different? Also, I am pretty sure his ABS setup is not going to work as he has ABS and no TCS, but I have the 4 channel setup on mine. True or false?

Any other issues I should know about?

I would have called Moser, but since its a weekend - I figured I'd see if anyone else knew the answer.

Thanks

It will bolt in the axle lengths are the same. But he will need the LS brakes to work with it not LT and his ABS will not work unless he has TCS also.
