Clutch Disengaging By Itself

Clutch Disengaging By Itself Whenever I get off of the gas pedal while in gear it feels like the clutch disengages and then reangages..I cant figure out what is causing this.

When I get off the gas pedal while in gear its feels like the clutch disengages and then reengages..Its kind of like when you dump or release the clutch to fast while driving,its that jerking feeling
I recently did the drill mod and decided to do some spirited driving and I think something happened
