Default "universal" BAP

Are the Kenne bell boost a pumps "universal"?
I need to install one on my car, (I have the racetronics harness/hot wire kit installed) but everything I see on them mention Mustang, lighting etc.
I found one from a forum member, but wanted to make sure.
