Default Driving without the EVAP solenoid

I broke the vacuum line off of my stock one. I'm waiting on my new one to show up in the mail. I need to get my car to the shop to get started on other stuff, the shop is only about 10 miles away. Will I just have a vacuum leak until I fix it or should I not drive on it at all.

Just plug the vacum line and unplug the solinoid. You will not have any problems, but the SES light will come on due to the solinoid being unpluged.

i remember when my evap line was kinked i could not put fuel in because of pressure build up in the tank it would close the door ....if you broke the plastic nipple off the evap soliniod what i did because i did the same i drilled it a little larger and pushed in a brass barb fitting...
