just wondering if anyone got registered and confirmed to go, i missed my chance, but my good friend i race with locally got her 69 Mach 1 in the group of 400. Anyone else planning on attending??

My son and I are both registered and taking our cars. Several other cars from Amarillo and the Panhandle are in too. Should have a good group....be here before you know it! Any word on when Lubbock Dragway will reopen?

No idea...a lawsuit has been filed is the last I heard. I would think it might be open for the 2010 season, but who knows...its a legal battle now

not sure just yet...we just put a stroker motor in her 69 Mach 1, and haven't had a chance to run it. We are going to hit up Abilene or Midland for some 1/8th mile testing before going to Ennis. From my *** dyno, I would think about 13.0s N/A at our elavation. Factor in the lower DA in Ennis, and a 125 shot and we would be really happy to see some 11.90s.

We should try to get together at the track; bullshit and drink some beers. Who's going for friday TNT??

That's a bad deal about the Lubbock track, hope it all get resolved soon.

Last I heard, Clay is rebuilding his car after crashing it and messing it up pretty bad....don't know if he is planning on going or not. There is a group of us that will be going with the Boost Performance guys, Brady's LT1, Brent's twin turbo Cobra, my TA and Cody's (my sons) turbo Camaro. We plan on being there Friday morning. Getting Cody's roll bar upgraded to a 10pt and gotta get it certified and get his license, lot's to do!

I'll be at the one at No Problem Raceway (Belle Rose, LA) this month and Ennis next month! Good luck to everyone already in and for the qualifiers in March for Ennis, too.
