Unhappy WEIRD-O sound coming from the engine bay

Well, yesterday night I turn the car on to go for a drive. When it started I noticed this real noticeable sucking sound but upon closer inspection it sounds like something spinning. This weirdo noise kind of sounds like it can be related to a Supercharger, hah.
Anyways I thought, “oh damn something got caught in the pulley belts…” I open the hood and nothing. I look for a good 20 minutes only leaving the car on for ten hoping it would go away but no it is still there. Sounds like it is coming from the Throttle Body I check for leaks and made sure everything is tight and all fluids are in perfect top notch shape. I have 4 videos in order of turning the car from a cold start to operating temps,(the fourth video will let you hear it well as I lightly rev the car.) and listen to the sound and help me out if you know what this dreaded thing might be. I looked here and on z28.com and my thoughts after reading are, perhaps the alt. or crank pulley??? I honestly dont know

1st video 1 min. after start-up.

in the videos it almost sounds like a bad water pump...

run it for a monent without the belt on it... see if it makes noise then.

Could be the bearings for the belt tensioner.
