Default Any experience with lunati 232/238 cam?

Hey all. Im looking to toss a cam in my motor soon. I think I've pretty much settled on their 232/238@.050 .599"/.601" 113LSA grind.

Im wondering if anyone is running this cam or a cam similar with just bolt ons and what kind of power your making. I currently have QTP long tubes, custom 3" oval Y and custom cat back. Also running an SLP lid, filter, 85mm MAF and BBK 85mm Throttle Body.

I will most likely be adding the set of 241 LS6 heads that I picked up a while back also.

Any experience would he helpful.

Thanks!

I have the cam in my sig. right now, I was thinking about the 232/238 cam when I seen it but now VooDoo has a 237/243 cam out with .600" which I'm in the the process of discussing with Harold Brookshire (the guy that created the VooDoo line) to see what kind of results it would have on our LSx motors.

Do these 241 or 243 heads flow better than the other stock ls1 heads out there?

243's are the LS6 head and are the most desirable stock casting. 799's are the LS2 head and are essentially the same.

Do a search on www.chevelles.com/forums for "Voodoo Cam" or "UDHarold", you can find more info there.

My cam is has somewhat similar spec's. It's a good borderline street and strip cam.
