Default Pushrod length

Is there an equation or way to determine pushrod length before disassembling it and using an adjustable pushrod. I would be using stock cylinder heads and rockers just going to a 238/238 duration and 6.05/6.05 lift cam.

I'm sure a 7.425 will work perfect for you.

Here is a spreadsheet to help calculate pushrod length.

Verify proper length before buttoning up the engine though.
