Default Ls1 intake manifold modifications....

So we all have that friend that heard something about going faster form somewhere, that noone else seems to know of...

So what mods can be done to the LS1 intake to make good power gains, without spending too much money..time isnt an issue.

Sell it, and buy a LS6 or a fast. Honestly i don't know maybe you could port it but i really have never heard of anyone doing that.

that answer is the best though, sell it (for the 30 or 40 bux you might get out of it) and get an LS6. ..i would stay clear of the very pricey fast until your a heads and cam car at least. you cannot port out a LS1, its all one piece, so theres no opening it up to port the runners and such,,,the fornt and side openings cannot be opened up, you'd ruin the seal areas...and it would just not be worth it to do.
