Default No go on scan?

So Ive been having problem with scanning the car for problems. Namely the ABS and Air Bag modules. Now all of a sudden the ECM suddenly stopped communicating. Ive been using a snap on diagnostic scanner on my 95 lt1 firebird. Have there been issues with the snap on scanners not working properly?

Do you have power to the DLC port? If it was working before maybe it's the fuse.

Make sure that the scanner is getting power. Check power on pins 16,4,5.

Pos. = pin 16
Neg. = pins 4,5

Defiantly going to check it out. But would it make a difference if I had hypertech programing?
