Default Alternate hardware for tuning software

For my bike I have Dynojet tuning software that allows me to put the software on a PalmPilot which makes for changing tunes easy.
Curious, if anyone has been able to put HPtuners or similiar to another hardware (smaller) to change tunes without dragging the labtop?

Eventually EFILive with have handheld flashing.
I use a Sony UX280P untill then.
I don`t think most tuning software can be used with windows mobile.
