Default Fuel Pump Conversion

Has any one converted a o.e. style fuel pump hanger for a L.S. conversion? If so what pump is being used? And does the tank need a baffle for the pump?P.S. The car is just a driver. Wes

Not sure what your asking but many of us are running stock tanks with inline walbro 255 pumps and 99-up vet filter regulator. You'll need a sump if you are going to road race or want to run on empty much. Other wise I have had no issues in my driver. I purchased a dual line oem sending unit that has a retrun line to the tank. Here is one for your camaro
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Fuel-...QQcmdZViewItem. Good luck. There are some efi tanks being offered by sponsors on here now that are reasonably priced. You might want to look into those.

If the tank has enough depth you could also do something like this http://www.cardomain.com/ride/716267/3 using a late model sending unit. That way you have an OE pump and the fuel bucket replaces a baffle.
