Default Tranny cooler...will it work as a power steering cooler?

Wondering if they are made to do either a tranny or a PS cooler? I have an extra little one laying around, the same one I've been using as a tranny cooler.

It can be thought of more generically as a fluid cooler. Oil, transmission fluid, or power steering fluid. So yes, it will be fine.

Cool, I'm putting one on today than, I think my factory PS cooler is leaking. I know people take their coolers off and just run a rubber hose, but I think PS pumps like mine last as long as they do (11 years now) because they have a cooler of some kind on there. Just like my tranny, with 490 RWHP its a built 4L60E, and the damn thing won't wear out in the least, got rebuilt 3 1/2 years ago, I think tha cooler is the key.
