Default GM LSD Additive

Is this required on the 2002 T/A WS6? Can I determine what type of posi is in this 10 bolt from RPO codes? What code is there for eaton, auburn, torsen?

According to this you have a Torsen and do not need the additive: https://ls1tech.com/forums/1740885-post7.html

So are you changing the diff oil or what?
Sounds like it. When you get the cover off, thats when you ID it.

Go here http://www.torsen.com/general/general_faq.htm#Isand click on Is it true that the Torsen unit in the production Camaro needs the GM modifier added?

Yes I am changing the gear oil. I'm doing suspension replacement: shocks, springs, sway bar, lca's, relocation brackets, bushings, end links, etc.... While I'm back there may as well do the maintenance things, fuel filter/gear oil.
