Bought a B&M Shifter for a TH350, can I make it work till I swap trans?

Bought a B&M Shifter for a TH350, can I make it work till I swap trans? Got a ratchet shifter today at a swap meet, its made for a Th350 trans, which will be going in down the road. Is there a way I can run this now with the factory 4 speed trans? I'd like to start on removing the center console so thats done when I do swap trans. Any one know if this can be done?

It looks like the B&M StarShifter. Also did a search on here and may try to make it work with the factory console if possible. seen other shifters done like that.
Anyone have this shifter in their car or any advice for install?
It doesnt look like it will work though with the 4l60, so i may have to wait until i get the Th350.

Here's a pic of my setup it's the B&M Pro Rachet shifter. It also had the option to have a 4spd adjustment. Youll need a new way to mount it down. Also i could have moved it forward a half inch to maybe a inch if needed. Ill drop the center console on top of it and take a picture tomorow and post it up.
