How quick with stock exhaust manifolds?

How quick with stock exhaust manifolds? How quick have some of you gone with stock LS1 exhaust manifolds on an F-body? At what point are headers actually showing an improvement worth the time and money?

Time and money?
Headers are cheap and maximize gains elsewhere.......ie cam, nitrous, etc etc.
And easy. Not too many other mods that are easier IMO
Only people that keep manifolds are those that are limited in class, being sneaky, or turbo'd.
It's worth it if you are going n/a for sure.
