Default Engine work?

Hey guys and gals ive got a few ? About a project that im going to start.have a 99 ws6 and i want to do a 1000 horse power.now ive got three blocks,oe ls1 in car now,03 ls6 from a zo6 or a ls 2 new in the crate.what would u do?would u put better liners in? I want to supercharge it around 15psi from a d1sc.any help would be ccol front heads to rotating stuff you know.also i need a good machine shop the guy in mt town dosent have all the right stuff,torque plate ect.

You must gonna be doin something very special to hit 1000hp on 15psi with a D1SC cause I have never seen similar numbers with that particular Procharger & only 15lb of boost. I think you have a ton of research to do man. If you wanna make 1000hp with a Procharger you really need to look into a F1 not a D1.

I'm gonna tell you right now, you won't see those kind of numbers out of a D1. Nor an F1 on 15 lbs. Your best bet is doing the LS2 block, and an 88mm Turbo.... Check out Solid-Technology.com and you'll see what I'm talking about...

^^I wouldnt say you cannot hit those numbers thru a F1 procharger cause thats not entirely true. It is true in his case of his engine selection & limiting his boost though. But it would be possible thru a solid build on a 427 set-up with the F1.

But yes, a turbo set-up will hit the number easier. I totally agree there.

thanks guys i just found out one of my employes has a buddy that does only ls engine work,he just got done 1200 horse c5 with twin turbos about 5 miles from my shop
