Default where can I find 93 octane out here

where can I find 93 octane in socal. Moved from NY and all I can find is 91 and its killing me. had it retuned at cms and they had to pull 6 degrees of timing. anyone?

That's about it. CA gas sucks.
There are a few places that sell 100 octane, or "racing fuel" but it is ridiculously expensive.

Don't think that it is sold here on the West Coast...Best bet is to do a mixture of a higher octane fuel and 91...

Yea. No 93 out here. You can go that mixing route of 100 unleaded and 91. But thats a lot of work just to put gas in your tank, because chances are that if you NEED 93 then gas doesnt last too long. So your stuck with either Shell or 76 with 91 octane. I recommend those two stations because those two add 10% of ethanol to thier gas that gives it that little extra boost.

Yeah I have searched and searched but no 93. I was surprised how the further west you get the lower the octane.

I agree with the shell stations. Thats the only thing I run in my car because of the 10% ethanol increase.
