Default Chrome Deep Dish Y2K 18" wheels - Pics

Finally got my deep dish y2k wheels mounted. They are 18x10.5 w/ a 56mm offset. No spacers. 305/35/18 Nitto RII's. What do you think?

Oh wow. I was never a fan of those wheels on anything else but a vette. But the dish sure does help a lot. Looks good.

That looks awesome. I was wondering if you could put the 18x10.5's up front, because I'm not a big fan of the staggered look on our cars. How much was it for the four 18x10.5" rims, if you don't mind me asking?

Also get some pics lookin straight on the front of the car, I'd like to see how far they stick out the fender cause I have a feeling it's too much with that offset & a 10.5" wheel up front.

Also is the pic of the wheel turned at full lock? How bad does it rub?

They look AWESOME on your car!

But if this is shot from the passenger side, you should switch the front wheels since that tire is rotating the wrong direction.

I have to ask, why did you put drag radials in the front?

Thanks for all of the compliments! I'm very pleased with how they turned out. These wheels were roughly $850 shipped

Here is the best pic I have for now. I hate wheels that stick out too far just as much as anyone and I feel like these are just perfect, they fill the wheelweel 100% and imo as aggressive a fitment as you would want for the sake of style. Yes, that was full lock and they dont appear to be rubbing on anything yet. I'll keep an eye on them though.

Thanks! Im aware that that tire is backwards. I am waiting on pickng the other two tires and wheels up from the shop (havent had time to go) but I wanted to just get them mounted to get some pics for everyone. It will be on it's proper side soon enough.

I went with Nitto 555RII's at all 4 corners because I plan on doing canyon runs and some roadcourse in the future.

I should also point out: The rim on the driver's side is a little bit smaller so the front will tuck down a little more when larger tire goes back on that side. And in addition, if youre considering them for a TA, the TA's front fenders are wider than the Camaro's which will allow you to run less offset without sticking out

It actually looks alot better than I thought as far as front fitment of the 18x10.5's.

I guess for the normal guy u could run a 275 street tire to help a little more with clearance & a 285 or 315 in the rear. Good to know it doesn't rub at full lock, that was a concern with the 10.5's out front.

Is it just the pic or is the wheels actually flush with the fender?? I know it appears to stick out some at the bottom due to our bumper shape, but at the top of the fender it almost looks flush in your pic.

Canyon runs... nice. I know when my car had 555r's on the rear, even with the softer sidewall, turning grip was better than regular tires.

dead flush, I was amazed! I think it's just about perfect

I think a 275 would be just a bit too small for this rim. A 285 or 295 would be great though

That's what I thought too. I can't wait to get out there and put the Koni/Strano suspension setup to the test on the rII's
