Default How do you get the p/s pulley pressed on?

I had to replace my p/s pump, reservoir, and pulley. I got the pump and reservoir on, but I'm left with the pulley. I know there is tool to do this, and I intend to get it from the parts store but just looking at the amount of room I have. Right now the entire air intake is off...anything else going to have to come out to get this tool in there to press on pulley? Your help is appreciated...nothing but trouble with this 02 T/A since I got it last month.
