Default rear mount header question

Ive got the sts kit on my car but now im upgrading to a 418 or 427 and a bigger turbo. Ive got the stock manifolds with a slp y-pipe all heat wrapped, but with the new motor i was wondering if i should go with some LT's

Ive read all the posts how the stock manifolds help with boost etc. but now im wondering with the bigger motor will the stock manifolds choke the exhaust flow too much??
