Default Misfire / Dead Cylinder?

Hello all,

Took the car out tonight for some runs. Missed a shift and banged the rev limiter up pretty high at 6800rpm. The intake is fine, vacuum lines fine. I started pulling plugs. Plug on Cylinder 2 starting to get soot buildup. Let the car run for awhile and decided to pull plug wire 2. Sure enough no change in the way the car was idling. Switched plugs from 3 to 2 and no change. Definitely cylinder 2 is dead. The car does not smoke at all, oil pressure is good, runs normal temp. Just has a miss, which is a dead cylinder. Did I bend a valve? Any ideas or suggestions on what it could be? Mods in signature.

Thanks

might be a bent pushrod, pull the valve cover and find out.
